Meet Tamsworth - the sweetest short-legged shepherd mix you'll ever see! This resilient boy has been waiting since June 2024 for someone to give him a real chance. And now, he has the opportunity to head to Cedarburg, Wisconsin on 5/10/25 - but only if a foster or adopter steps up. Tamsworth came to us in rough shape. We believe he was crated for long periods in a space far too small. His back legs were so stiff, it took a while for him to start moving more comfortably. Today, he still carries a unique stance - always a bit bent - but he's not in pain, and it doesn't stop him from enjoying life. It just makes him look like the cutest low-rider shepherd you've ever seen. Tamsworth's Personality: Dog friendly (currently paired with his buddy Sydney at the shelter!)~Good with kids Listens well - corrects easily on leash and will lay down when asked Calm, loving, and eager to be part of a home Interested in fostering or adopting Tamsworth?
