Hi! I'm Dixie! Since you're reading this, you must be looking for a new best friend. Hey, so am I! I don't care how old you are or what you look like, but if those things matter to you, I'm 4 years old, and that's me in the pictures with the beautiful gray and white merle coat. I'm a female poodle that weighs about 11 lbs. I was released from a puppy mill where I was used as a breeder for profit purposes. Even though I received attention from the humans there, I can still be a bit skittish when meeting new people. Once I get to know you, I will become your shadow. My perfect match would be someone who loves to give treats and reward positive behavior, belly scratches and enjoys snuggling. I will also need someone to continue working with me on housetraining and any skills that you wish for me to learn. I am completely vetted and ready to go to my new home. So what do you say?
