About Lilly

This female kitty showed up at my workplace two weeks ago, I tried to take it to my Vet's office, but because of Easter they were closed that Saturday, and it was last Saturday when finally I was able to take her to be checked out. Unfortunately, she tested positive for FIV and started on her heat cycle last Thursday, 24th, I believe she is under a year old, two the most, as an owner of 6 cats, it would be irresponsible of my to keep her with them, specially, because even though she is very sweet, but has moments that she is rough and could bite, she is very aggressive towards my cats, two of them got in my room when I was heading out, one at a time, and she went gaga, chasing them out. I don't want to kick her out, specially in her condition and been in heat on top of that, I know she will make a good pet as a only cat for the right person, and for what I read, cats with FIV can live normal lives as long as they get the proper care, stay indoors and eat properly. However, if she is not able to be placed in a good and loving home, at least what I would like to try doing is fix her and release her in my Apartment Complex, where cats are been fed by other residents and there's grass and bushes where they can run and hide and the property is not big enough for them; however, she is very sweet and I believe will let people pet her; I understand she will be a risk for other cats and herself in getting more diseases, and I wish I could keep her, but with 6 cats of my own and renting, humanly speaking, this is all I am able to do. My lease will be up in late July and I will be moving out then.
