The only thing we know from her owners is that she understands spanish. But what we have learned about this gem of a dog is that she is an affectionate, playful and social!! Frida was timid in her kennel at first and it took some time for her to become comfortable in the scary shelter environment. But after a few outings with volunteer friends, she opened up and her true self came shining through She is affectionate and connected with people. She has been in multiple playgroups and consistently shows herself to be gentle / dainty, playful and tolerant with dogs (even small ones). *Slow & monitored intros are ALWAYS recommended. Frida also enjoys romping around with a ball and can keep herself entertained. She will sit for treats and even knows shake such a smart girl! Even with all of her progress, kennel life is taking its toll and Frida is alerted for signs of stress.
