About Venus

This Mother and puppies were found abandoned under a manufactured home scheduled for demolition. The mom made several dirt pits underneath the house to keep her babies in. We did not know the last time the mother had eaten; she was so skinny. We did not want the family be separated and all the shelters are full, so we took them in temporarily until we could find them a better home. Venus is very intelligent and observant. She is the smartest of the litter, and very humble. She is content playing with her siblings, and she is content by herself. She responds to her name well. She has potty pad trained herself for the most part. She is really sweet and delicate with people. Just been weaned off breast milk, we have fed her Purina Dry Dog food Real Chicken soaked in water to make soft for her developing teeth. We also fed her oatmeal and banana. We give lots of water as well.
