Hi - I'm Cooper, a 4-year-old Harrier/Beagle mix in need of foster or forever home. I weigh only 35 lbs. I was dumped at a crowded California shelter by my owners, who knows why. I am a good boy, I love other dogs, and I am sweet and gentle. I had kennel mates at the shelter. I am patiently waiting now for someone else to adopt me, so I can enjoy a warm soft bed and some loving attention and affection. Please email for an application.
