This lovely girl is Chocolate. Per DNA, she is a Texas Heeler: half Australian Shepherd and half Australian Cattle Dog. She weighs 42 pounds. Chocolate knows her basics like sit and lie down. She is also house and crate trained. Chocolate is a typical herder in preferring a polite introduction to new people, especially with treats. She then turns to excitement and friendliness. She isn't a fit for small kids but would be fine in a home with older, polite kids. With other dogs, she prefers to meet off-leash. She does become playful and likes dog pals. Chocolate loves to fetch. She is nice on a leash and good in the car, so she is a good adventure buddy. Chocolate is a fun girl who is also a lover. She likes to cuddle. She has a funny, goofy personality plus the usual brains and herder loyalty. Chocolate is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is located in Los Angeles and is ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
