About Toby the old man

Toby is a good boy, he started out as a foster after his previous owner (an old man) passed away. I found no one who wanted him. We never had any problems and his vet told me he had to be medicated to be groomed, which was no problem since I worked in a dog grooming facility, but they shut down and I lost my job and now I cannot afford his grooming and he must be medicated to get groomed, and can not afford that anymore either. He's only aggressive with groomers. I wouldn't be rehoming him if he would let me groom him myself, but I'm tired of being bitten during bath and brush. He has no problem with other animals or farm animals like chickens pigs cows ect. He is in desperate need of better grooming and a family without kids. He's never bitten anyone but me, but doesn't like kids, they stress him out if they aren't playing fetch with him or taking him for a walk. He is almost 10, and still has quality of life and I love him and want him to go to someone who can afford such a old man dog who has anxiety and chews all his fur off. He is in pitiful shape, someone help make his last few years better because I can't right now.
