The description on his intake paperwork was 'champagne Tiger', and when you meet Simon you wouldn't disagree! Nobody can escape his bewitching charm! He gives a croaky meow and squints his eyes at you when you say his name. If you're sitting, he's in your lap; if you're standing, he's jumping to the highest point to get your attention. Simon is as affectionate as they come so come on down to say hi and make this handsome devil's day!
