This puppy and her sister were found on a rural road in southern Oklahoma on April 24,2025. Tails are docked and eyes are light. Not sure of breed. They are so scared they are frozen and won't even eat wet dog food. I'm currently fostering so hoping their personalities will be revealed in a few days . Adoption fee will be refunded when proof of spay is provided.
