About Andy

We have a baby on the way and unfortunately do not feel confident that we will continue to be able to give our rabbit, Andy, the love and care that he deserves, so we are looking to find a new loving home for him (small rehoming fee). He is litter box trained, and we are more than happy to send you home with his litter box, cage (we use a children's play pen), water bowl, etc. Andy is a very sweet rabbit, though he can take some time to warm up to people. He loves when we sit on the floor with him and scratch behind his ears - but it's got to be on his terms, he can be a little skittish if you try to get too snuggly�'�| a little carrot or banana will definitely help him warm up to you though! He still has great energy and loves to run around and get out his zoomies despite being 8 years old! Andy would love to have another rabbit to bond with. We previously had a buddy for him, a French lop named Maggie, who sadly passed away, and they were inseparable for the 6 years they spent together. It may take some time for him to bond with another rabbit, so they will need to start out living separately, but once they get along, he will spend allll day snuggling with his new bud!
