Rosa was one of three dogs found tied to a pole in North Bakersfield, CA. The story surfaced on Facebook, sparking widespread concern and speculation that a homeless woman had been leaving them there for days with little food or water. This troubling situation caught the attention of many compassionate individuals, leading to a collective effort that ultimately allowed us to rescue the dogs and bring them into our organization. Rosa is a gentle puppy with a calm demeanor and a love for cuddling. She interacts well with other dogs and walks gracefully on a leash. Despite her young age, she responds well to commands when given clear direction. We believe that Rosa would thrive in a nurturing home, bringing joy and companionship to her new family.
