**TERRIFIC THELMA** Age 2.3yrs Phoenix AZ. This adorable Maltese mix weighing it at just 8lbs was found as a stray in Goodyear in January. When she was found she was horribly matted and really needed to decompress from her survival adventure. As you can see her hair has grown back and she is adorable! She is also fully vetted, UTD on shots, altered, microchipped....and ready for her fur-ever home! Once Thelma feels comfortable with you, she is a total snuggle-bug! She needs a home that will give her time to settle in on her time schedule (usually just a couple of days) and she will be your best-est friend. She in in foster with medium and small dogs, she is OK with wearing clothes, is potty trained, quiet and loves being held.
