About Kelp

Check out Kelp's video! This boy is the cutest, most hilarious guy. He loves people and other dogs. He does get very excited with other dogs, so would prefer dog friends who are also outgoing and tolerant. Kelp is a medium energy dog. He loves to play and go for walks, especially when he gets to meet people! But he's also happy to lounge on the couch with you. He goes to the office with his foster mom and is an office favorite. Kelp is potty trained and crate trained. He is currently going through treatment for blastomycosis, which is just an antifungal pill once per day. So his new family would technically be a 'foster' until his treatment is complete. Blasto is not contagious to other animals. Of course the shelter covers the cost of treatment.
