About Max

Max is a fun loving big goofy dog. He is always happy to see and play with people. He is 7 years old and we got him with his brother from another mother. We got him and his brother from a breeder that had 1 pup left from 2 separate litters and we couldn't leave 1 behind so we got them both. They compete for everything and even though Max is bigger, Rocko is more dominant and tends to bully Max. Max has recently started to develop a habit of randomly taking things he's not supposed to have, doesnt chew on them just takes them. He has been potty trained and will go out and go potty on command but has recently become rebellious and has started peeing on the floor when nobody is around. We believe he is acting out for attention and would be better suited in a home where he doesn't have to compete for attention but he does get along with all breeds. We take him and our other dog to the Ravines dog park often where he socializes with all breeds. He may even do better in a home where he will get more attention than what we currently provide him. He truly is a great dog and listens well. We live on a busy road and he has been trained to stay away from the road.
