About Cleo and Marie

Marie and Cleo are a pair of one-year-old, sister tri-color Abyssinian guinea pigs looking for a loving guardian. Cleo is mostly white, while her sister Marie is mostly black. They have always lived together and get along beautifully. They were relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue when their human, a college student, moved to a no-pets apartment. This adorable duo love attention and come running to the edge of their habitat to see what treat you may have for them. When you hold them in your arms, they are sweet and gentle. They eat unlimited timothy, orchard and botanical hays, two cups of fresh salad daily including cilantro, green leaf, red leaf, butter lettuce, spinach, parsley, and share a �%BC cup of guinea pig pellets. Guinea pigs need daily vitamin C from fresh pellets, a 1-inch square of red pepper, a vitamin C cookie, or some of their dark leafy greens.
