About Sampson

Sampson is an incredibly active and loving companion who brings so much joy and energy to life. He loves nothing more than running, jumping, and playing his heart out. Fetch is one of his favorite games, though he'll sometimes make you wait for the ball-just to keep it fun. He's a remarkably fast runner and thrives on activity. While Sampson has a big heart, he does take time to warm up to other animals and is still learning to trust certain people, especially men wearing hats and glasses. Training will be an essential part of his journey, as he continues to grow more confident and at ease with the world around him. He's already very smart and understands commands like 'sit,' 'bye-bye,' 'outside,' and 'treat.' He's eager to please and loves learning new things. One of Sampson's favorite activities is going for car rides, especially when they lead to the park. He'll need a little encouragement to leave the car-unless, of course, he knows it's time for an adventure! Whether it's long walks, hikes, or runs, he's always excited to be on the move with his beloved leash in tow. Unfortunately, Sampson has had challenges getting along with his male siblings at home, which is why I've made the heartbreaking decision to find him a new, forever home. This decision is made with the deepest love and care for him, and it's important to me that he finds an owner who will be patient, loving, and committed to guiding him through his training. Sampson will thrive with someone who is active and willing to invest time and care into helping him overcome his fears and grow into his full potential. If you're not serious about continuing his training and nurturing his journey, please know this isn't the right match. But for the right person, Sampson will be an extraordinary companion and a loyal, loving friend.
