Just 8 months old, this adorable hypoallergenic mix (Maltese/Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso/Poodle) was surrendered by a family facing homelessness. They loved him, but they couldn't give him the life he deserves. When Louie came to us, he was in heartbreaking condition- matted, filthy, and completely unable to see because his fur was so overgrown. He had to be shaved down almost to his skin. He must have been so scared. But now. Louie is safe. Louie is loved. Louie is blossoming in his foster home. This little angel is ALL HEART: He LOVES his cozy bed (probably his first ever). He holds up one tiny paw when waiting for a treat-it's so sweet it'll make you melt. He adores toys, treats, other dogs, and ZOOMIES. And he's a total LAP DOG and SNUGGLE BUG who just wants to love and be loved He is pure innocence, joy, and resilience wrapped in a soft, wiggly little body.
