Jazzy Spice was one of about 15 dogs dumped on a rural highway. It took her a while to find a person to again trust, but has now shown her sweet side and desire to be a sidekick and lap dog. It may take her a little bit to learn to trust, but an absolute precious dog. Not sure of her breed, could be some Chihuahua or Sheltie?
