Meet Stevie! Could this young and handsome boy have taken Calcium supplements at one time? After being hit not by one, but two cars he walked away with just a broken tooth! He is one lucky boy and you can be just as fortunate by making him part of your family. Everyone appreciates Stevie's good energy level. He loves to go on walks and spend time with his person. He definitely bonds well, and you'll know you've stolen his heart once he snuggles up to you. He loves treats and is food-motivated, making him highly trainable. While he needs to learn some manners, he is just a really good boy who deserves a second chance. Please understand that Stevie has not been in a normal home situation for several months. Therefore, he will need his new family to take their time with him and let him acclimate to his new home slowly. From giving affection to doing zoomies, once Stevie warms up to you, he will show off his one-of-a-kind personality. 'And when he smiles for the camera, you know he'll love you better.' Stevie should be the only dog in your home, but down the road, with slow introductions, he may be able to live with a compatible playmate. No children or cats, either. He has been neutered and is up to date on his rabies vaccination. He has also been behaviorally evaluated. According to the report, Stevie is a very sweet boy who has low confidence because he's been through a lot in his short life. Though he can be nervous in new situations, calm and consistent love and training will help him realize the world isn't so scary. To set Stevie and his new family up for success, he will need a few visits, an overnight stay or two, and then progress to a full transition. We'd like nothing more than to see him welcomed into a loving home. Please apply at https://www.spotsplace.org/adopt Tell them Animal Rescue Konnection sent you!
