Rascal is 11 years old and is coming to us from a private home in VT. His owner has fallen ill and can't take care of him. Rascal and has been loved and cared for since he was a puppy. He is now on the hunt for a new home. He plays well with other dogs at doggy daycare but hasn't lived with one in his own home. He doesn't want to live with cats or young children.
