About Maizy

Betty loyal and protective dog. Sweet to her class. Maizy doesn't like young children and babies, or small pets. She would prefer to be an only dog but not lives with a male elder dog and gets along with lots of rough housing! Maizy's alpha daddy died suddenly making Maizy lonely for him but also extremely on guard for her surviving family. She nipped at a delivery driver who came to our door and was charged as a dog bite. If she bites again she will have to be euthanized in Gwinnett County. We are looking for a very seasoned dog owner to live the rest of her life with. She is a very smart, spunky, and sweet dog. Seems to like most women but she is skiddish of all strangers. So adoption may be done in stages. Maizy is very sporty and energetic enough for a very active person who'd like some company on their runs, a person to let her run and play every day. Maizy is not happy in the small apartment her family had to downsize to which is why we believe that more is the time for her new life with a blessed and lucky person to get Maizy as a wonderful loving dog. (Forgot to mention that she loves to lick you to death!) Rehoming fee applies.
