445 DAYS AND COUNTING-STILL WAITING IN KINGSMOUNTAIN NC KENNEL... A LETTER TO MY PERSON-PLEASE READ AND SHARE SO THIS LETTER CAN GET TO MY FOREVER PERSON- To my person, Hi! I'm Lucy and I'm so darn happy! The only way I could be happier is if you took me home with you. I wouldn't be any trouble because I'm a really good girl. Friendly too! I love other dogs, play, play, play! And cats are cool too! I'm etiquette trained so I know all my commands and everyone says I'm pretty smart. Just check out my video in the comments section. If you give me a chance, I know you'll love having me around. I'll go anywhere with you and be ready at a moments notice. Walks, hikes, visiting your friends, even the store! The nice trainer man from the kennel takes me to the Home Depot with him sometimes and he says I do great! I can be your best bud and when you're sad, I'll make you laugh. See those big ears right there? Well when I want to, I can pile them right on my head. The people at the kennel say that's 'my super power' because it makes everyone smile. My friends at the kennel are nice but I've been here for a while so I'm really looking forward to a home. I had a home once. They took me when I was only a puppy but one day, those people left and never came back. They took everything and left us fur kids in the house with an old couch and chair. We never saw them again. My friends at the kennel tell me my person is out there. I hope you're reading this MY PERSON and that you'll come and find me. I can't wait to meet you and give you all the love I've been saving up. Please hurry! Waiting is so hard. I'll try to keep smiling until then. With all my Love, Lucy Lucy is a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She gets along with other dogs and cats as well. Lucy is spayed, has all her vaccinations, is heartworm negative and all ready to go home
