About Mia

Mia is a 5-year-old, 8-pound Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix with a beautiful brindle coat and a heart full of sweetness. She's friendly, gentle, and deeply submissive-always eager to please and quick to roll over in the most endearing show of trust, whether she's meeting new people or other animals. Mia does wonderfully with other small dogs and is respectful around cats. While she can be initially unsure of larger dogs (especially the high-energy ones), she warms up with time and calm introductions. She may bark a little when she's nervous, but once she realizes everything is safe, she settles in beautifully. She's crate trained, housebroken, and has slept in a crate her entire life. Mia loves snuggling on the couch, whether with her humans or dog buddies, and she's a fan of chew toys-though plushies don't really impress her. Toss her a tennis ball and she'll happily chase it down (returning it is optional). Her recall? Just call out 'who's a good girl?' and she'll come running. Mia is on the quieter side, calm, and very affectionate. She can be a picky eater at times, but overall, she's an easy, loving companion who's just looking for someone to love her as much as she'll love them. Mia has been fully vetted, including a comprehensive examination, spay, dental cleaning, vaccinations, deworming, fecal test, and microchip.
