About Dodger

Dodger has been at the Viton County Dog Shelter since 3/30/25 and he is so very ready to find his forever home. Unfortunately, we are in a small community and often do not have very high adoption rates, or else we know he would have already found his home. Dodger is a very sweet and calm man who weighs 55lbs. He is a Boxer. We hate to see Dodger sitting alone in a kennel all day, he is so very friendly and social. He always wants to go say hello to the other dogs at their kennel doors. Dodger is very well behaved in his kennel and tries to keep it as clean as possible. He seems to be housebroken (he just does not always have a choice here). We are confident that Dodger will be a great addition to any home. He is very friendly, social, calm, gentile, happy, and well mannered. He is just an all-around fantastic dog who is ready for his happy new life to start. You do not have to be local to adopt Dodger.
