About PipSqueak

PipSqueak 'Pip' is a sweet and affectionate 3-year-old long-haired Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. She was rescued in November 2024 from a neglectful home where she spent much of her time in a cage and had conflict with an untrained pit bull. Since then, she has made incredible progress and become a happy, loving, curious companion. Pip thrives as the only dog in a home. She loves sunbathing, being held like a baby, and playing fetch. She will play with any and all toys! She would do best if placed in a home with a fenced yard or with a caregiver who will take her on regular walks. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up to date on flea and tick prevention. Currently, Pip is on Fluoxetine for anxiety, but may be able to wean off once in a low-stress, single-dog environment. Unfortunately, due to ongoing resource guarding with the two other dogs in her current home, we've made the difficult decision to rehome her. In a dog-free home, she has no problem behaviors and feels much more secure. Located in Spring Hill FL
