About Honey - Survivor!

Hi I'm Honey! In my very short life I have survived unimaginable tragedy - but that is all behind me now and I'm hopeful that someone will look past my scars and welcome me into their loving family. I landed in the county shelter unable to walk with hundreds of buckshot pellets riddled through my front legs and even my chest. Guardians of Florida saw the plea for me and came to my rescue. I was rushed to their ER vet and spent 2 months being treated for my wounds and wrapping the entire staff around my paws in the process. My front legs will never by 100%, but I walk just fine and even throw some zoomies in there. I have a lot of life to live and a lot of love to give. Despite being betrayed by humans, I am a friendly, social, trusting and loving girl. I get along with other dogs too! I've attended adoption events and have gained quite a following in the community. I last weighed in at just under 50 lbs and am estimated at around 2 years old. I'm a fighter, I'm a survivor and I'm a lover! I know my family will come for me - could it be you?
