Keno is a 4.5 year old male, intact Akita. His owner lost their housing and has nowhere for the dog to go. All the shelters/rescues are full. No family is available to take this dog in. He has been around other dogs his entire life and has lost his pack. He is very anxious and confused as to what is happening. Keno would do better with adults and no children. He doesn't like other male dogs and will be dominate. He is a nice dog. House and crate trained. Would love to have someone to walk him daily. He is good on a leash and other dogs don't seem to steal his attention but a squirrel or bird is a different story. He will try to chase.If you can adopt this boy, it will save him from being humanely euthanized.
