About dusky conure

I'm rehoming my young male dusky-headed conure. He was hand-raised but has clearly bonded more with other birds than humans. He's not hand-tame and is very shy and reactive toward people, though he's healthy, active, and emotionally responsive to other birds. He can be loud (especially in the mornings), so he's not a good fit for apartments or noise-sensitive households. Ideally, he'd go to someone with conure experience or someone already caring for birds who understands the process of building trust over time. No cage included.
