DEADLINE: TUES 4/15/25 EOD!!!!! Ritz is INSIDE (for a broken toenail) so ASK A VOLUNTEER TO MEET HER! Sweet, little gal Ritz only has days to live! Ritz arrived at North Central as a stray in December. She was showing signs of fear, anxiety and stress when she first came in and it was difficult for staff to handle her for medical exams. Ritz can be timid when she first meets a new person but warms up when given time. Once she gets to know you, you've made a friend for life! She's a low maintenance girl whose hobbies include sunbathing, rolling around blissfully on her back and casually eating grass. She has been in 11 playgroups and is described as gentle / dainty, tolerant, can be selective with assertive dogs and she mostly keeps to herself. Ritz is a smart gal who knows some basic commands and walks very nicely on leash. Our hearts will break if sweet dog doesn't make it out safely. She deserves to know love and security and her last days should not be in a stressful environment.
