About Jinx

Jinx went to the vet two weeks ago and received high praise for what a good boy he is. This weekend he had a trip to the groomer so he can be as handsome as ever when he goes to his new home. Again he received rave reviews for being a good boy. He is 1 1/2 years old, is crate trained, house trained and other than counter surfing he has great house manners. Jinx is on the bigger side for an Aussie, he is higher energy and plays hard with other dogs. Him and his foster brother love to run and play in the yard but it's very rough and tumble and sometimes very growly but it's always in fun. This boy is a true diamond in the rough. His bad habits are simple and should be easily trained as long as there is lots of structure and lots of treats. His beauty is not for the feint of heart as he can be a bit of a bully if he is given too much leeway. He bonds well with his humans and just wants to be loved. He will need regular exercise but then at the end of the day he would love nothing more than to curl up with his person. I would be cautious in adopting him to a home with small children as he can be herdy and doesn't always know to keep his body subtle around others.
