About Patches

Is It Lovebug Season Yet? Patches is a 6 year old Terrier mix weighing in at 24 lbs. This sweet girl is a little shy at first but once she warms up Patches wants all the love and attention. Being close to her person is her favorite thing, she insists on it. Fluffy comfy beds are a must have and toys are really fun. Patches does like lap naps from time to time. This little girl will let out the cutest howl or put her head in your lap to get your attention. If all else fails Patches will follow you around and as soon as you stop she bumps your leg with her nose and rubs her head on you. She will definitely have you saying 'awwwwe my heart ' constantly. Patches has almost mastered her doggie manners. She is crate and potty trained. Leash training is a work and progress. Great with other dogs and very food driven. Good with older, respectful kiddos. Patches thrives on companionship so another dog or someone who is home majority of the time is required. This girl is non destructive. A securely fenced in yard is required in her new home as she is a little skittish of fast movements and loud noises. Patches' hair, ears and skin were in bad condition when she came to us. She is being treated to control itching until she is completely healed. Treatment will need to continue in her new home. Patches will likely fully recover and be good as new once fully healed. Sweet and just a big lovebug, Patches deserves to finally live her best life. She is ready to love, cuddle and be the apple of someone's eye. Will you live it up with Patches?
