Name: Scout Age: 1 1/2 years Breed: Australian Shepherd, 80 pounds Sex: Male (neutered) Location: Maury County, Tennessee Scouts owners are now living with a family member that has a dog that does not like Scout. He needs a new safe home quickly. Vet Info: Scout has been almost fully blind since birth. He has very slight vision in his left eye. He is completely deaf. Scout is neutered and has a microchip. He is not current with his vaccinations or HW test but last was HW-. Dog Info: Scout's family rescued him as a puppy. Current situation forces them to find Scout a new safe home. He is currently an outdoor dog in a fenced in yard but is housebroken and leash trained. He is outgoing but at times also nervous. He is good with men, women and children of all ages. Scout is good with male and female dogs. Scout has never been exposed to cats so the owner does not know how he would be with them. Scout has adapted to his new surroundings quickly. Owner states that he is a very sweet and loving dog and that they hate to give him up but he is not safe around the dog that is already in the house. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
