His name is 'REECE '. Background: Has been with the same Shepherd Parent since weaned. Was adopted about 6 weeks ago and has now been returned. UTD on shots WITH record. Fixed. Good with kids. NOT Good with dogs, REACTIVE. NOT Good with cats, REACTIVE. House trained. Crate trained. Any known medical issues?: NO. HIGH ENERGY?: YES . HIGH PREY DRIVE?: YES. Currently on 'Kinetic Performance Active 26k Formula' food. Weighs 75 lbs. Good with car rides. Loves: playing outside - going on walks - snuggling - nose puzzles and treats - tug of war - playing in water- people - attention - being rubbed between his eyes- playing with other dogs that he knows - playing with kids. Socialized with other dogs and/or people?: People yes, dogs no. He is good with other family dogs but has not been socialized with other dogs and is Reactive . Good with meeting new people? (ALWAYS USE PROPER INTRODUCTION!!!): YES. *Intelligent and knows Basic Commands?: YES . *Good Recall? (ALWAYS RETRAIN BEFORE ALLOWING OFF LEASH): FAIR . *Good on a Leash?: YES. *Lovable?: YES. *Eager and fast learner?: YES. Reece is such a sweet boy. He is very loving, hyper and goofy. He is very eager to please his person. Reece has great drive and work ethic. He is extremely loving and would lay his head on the Current Shepherd Parent's belly when she was pregnant. He is very careful with kids and gives the sweetest kisses. Reece needs an amazing home that will make sure to give him the proper time needed for him to adjust. When he was recently adopted, it had only been about 6 weeks and then they left him for three days with someone he did not know, coming and going to let him out. This, I'm sure, was very traumatizing for Reece. They are great people, were very good to Reece, but just are not willing to take the time needed to work more with Reece during this process. Re Homing because�'�|: UPDATE: Reese has been returned to the Previous Shepherd Parent. The Shepherd Parent has recently had a baby and just does not have the time to give to Reece that he needs and deserves. The Shepherd Parent loves Reece very much but feels she must do what is right for him and find him the home that he needs and deserves, so that he can thrive and be the best boy that he can be. She just does not have the time to give to him. Reece is such a great boy and will be an amazing companion for the right person. Will thrive best�'�|?: In a loving home that can either work with Reece and get him socialized with other dogs or be a NO other dog home, that has time to give him all the love, time and attention that he so needs and deserves.
