Meet Muffin! Muffin is a 1-year-old, 14-pound terrier mix with a heart of gold. She was found wandering the streets and rescued by a local animal shelter. Muffin is a bit shy at first and takes a couple of days to warm up to new people-but once she trusts you, she becomes your loyal little shadow. Her foster family describes her as a cuddle bug who loves to follow them around, play, and snuggle in bed at night. Though she's still working on her potty training, Muffin is quick to learn with positive reinforcement. She roams freely around her foster home and hasn't been destructive. Muffin is an active pup with lots of energy, though she doesn't get along with male dogs. However, she's a cat lover and gets along great with them. Muffin needs a calm, patient home where she can continue to build her confidence. She's not fond of crates, so she'll need a family where crating isn't necessary. A quiet home with a fenced yard would be perfect for her to burn off energy and play safely. She's still learning to feel confident on walks, so building that up will be a gradual process. Muffin is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $275. Think you might be the one Muffin's been waiting for?
