Sensitive and sweet, Nix is a certified Velcro boy who thrives on companionship and will stick by your side through thick and thin. His gentle demeanor makes him a perfect fit for a calm household with other dogs and cats. He absolutely needs another active, playful dog to share his adventures with. Because of his history prior to rescue we are looking for a calmer home with no children. Nix is happiest when he's galloping across a Setter-friendly yard, and his boundless enthusiasm means a securely fenced yard (5 feet high) is a must. A quick learner with a sharp mind, Nix is highly treat-motivated and eager to please, making him an absolute delight during training sessions. He has mastered the art of cuddling and firmly believes that furniture is for sharing-so furniture privileges are non-negotiable!
