Please help us find a loving, forever home for this handsome young man fondly named 'Oso' who was brought to the Ventura County shelter as an abandoned stray. Estimated to be a 3 yr old chow mix, he came in understandably scared due to being likely being in pain. The shelter told us he arrived with an 'ulcerated scrotum/ulcerated lesion on hock' that they are treating with antibiotics, and also gave him anti-anxiety meds when he first came in. They said, 'he did come in fearful and didn't want to be handled by our vet staff or for his vaccines, but volunteers have been taking it slow and he's doing great. He has been doing well with other dogs his size in playgroup-here are some videos of him with other dogs.'
