About Carter

Carter is a 2yr old border collie/doodle mix he came from a hoarding situation he was very loved but they had too many animals.Carter has been a big help whit the other pups that came to the rescue with him. He is more confident then they are but he still needs help learning what this big big world has to offer. He is not hypoallergenic he has herding instincts. He is a wonderful little boy.
