About Megatron

Location: Houston, TX DOB: 5/23/25 (Estimate) My name is Megatron! My human foster brother thinks it's hilarious that he named me after an evil transformer but the joke is on him! I'm not evil but sweet like Bumblebee! I'm definitely transforming into your new best friend!! I'm approximately a year old! At least, that's what my friend, Dr. C says and I trust her years of veterinary experience. My brother and I found ourselves in doggy jail and my human friends quickly sprung us! I am deaf and have depth perception issues but it doesn't slow me down a bit! I love to play with my foster dog siblings and have already learned to respect their boundaries and share toys. I love to snuggle especially having someone pet my head. I always stick close to my people just in case they need a snuggle from me. New environments and people can sometimes make me nervous so, gentle introductions are best. I am mostly house trained but still have accidents now and then if I don't get outside fast enough, but I'm quickly learning. I've even learned some basic hand signals like sit, stay and lay down! You should see me lay down in slow motion, I've perfected it! I don't like a kennel AT ALL but you can trust me to free roam because I mostly sleep when left at home. The big dogs have taught me that! I am a huge fan of remotes!! So, they should stay out of my reach. Rocks and sticks are great too, so they say I shouldn't be left outside unattended. My furever family would ideally have experience with deaf/blind Danes because my foster mom says I'm special. I have a healthy amount of energy in an extra-large package.
