About ZIGGY

Adoption application is at www.socalweimrescue.org/pages/adopt 6 Year old Ziggy is currently in a backyard in the LA area waiting to come in to us. We have no fosters for him yet and are hoping someone might want to help us get him. Ziggy's mom passed away and he is alone with his little Chi friend. The family is paying a dog walker to go feed the pair and get them out daily. Since his owners death Ziggy has been outside in the yard and really needs to get inside to a nice cozy bed. We don't know too much about him but will be learning in the days to come. Right now, if you are interested in fostering to adopt we can get him out of the backyard into a home. He is currently in the Southgate area of Los Angeles. Ziggy has been a companion to his elderly owner for several years.....he was always by her side and did well with adults and kids. He was an inside/outside dog. Toward the end the owner could barely take care of herself let alone the two dogs so they have been outside since then. Please let us know if you can help. In the meantime we will be getting him when we can find a foster and learning more about him. Stay tuned! Update!!! We've got Ziggy and he's amazing!! He's absolutely stunning with a wonderful temperament. He loved his ride and is on the calmer side. H does great with other dogs and didn't react at all to a reactive dog. If you'd like an awesome boy out of the young adult age for a great companion then Ziggy is your boy!!!
