About Quinny

Quinny is a beautiful purebred Blue Heeler. We have had her for 3 years, since she was a puppy. She is also fixed. We have no problem also including her crate. She loves being the center of attention. Her primary drive is affection and she would be content to just simply sit on your lap all day long and be pet. I'm not exaggerating, this is literally all this dog cares about. She's not treat motivated, she doesn't have a prey drive. All she wants is cuddles. I am confident that she would thrive in an environment with one owner or a married couple with no other animals or kids. She does not get along well with other animals. It hasn't been on a regular basis but she has aggressively attacked one of our cats as well as one of our other dogs who is elderly. She does play with our boys at times but it's very rare. Usually she'll just try to herd them, which is natural for her breed. If all they did was pet her she would be content but whenever they try to approach her in a playful manner she gets defensive and reactively bark's or nips at them. However, she gets along well with my wife and I. I personally have never had a problem with her and as I said she just wants to be pet all day. I personally don't believe this is a family dog but I very long for her to be in a loving home and I believe she has much potential to be a great dog to a single owner or married couple.
