Roscoe was a rescue I pulled from A horrible home that he lived alone in the back yard tied up with terrible skin issues with no vetting and they neglected and didn't feed him much also after I have saved him he is on meds from vet growing hair back no more itchy skin and he don't leave my side !! He is absolutely the best dog stays right in yard or simply go's where I go !! If you're looking to save a great dog he is absolutely the one !!!! He would love a cute family to love him . He is only around 30 pounds at 8 months old so he should remain smaller so perfect size for the house , cat rides and setting on the couch !
