Pumpkin, Caramel and Spice are a trio of guinea pigs looking for a loving guardian. Spice is a four-year-old American guinea pig; and Caramel and Spice are three-year-old sister crested guinea pigs. The trio get along beautifully and have lived together for years. The threesome eat unlimited timothy, orchard and botanical hays, three cups of fresh salad daily including cilantro, green, red leaf, and butter lettuce, parsley, and share a half cup of guinea pig pellets. Guinea pigs need daily vitamin C from fresh pellets, a 1-inch square of red pepper, or some of their dark leafy greens. Please read up on guinea pig care and diet before adopting by visiting this excellent website http://www.guinealynx.info/ These girls would love a home with people who will handle them daily, keep them well-fed, nails trimmed, and keep their habitat nice and clean. If you're interested in meeting and possibly adopting Caramel, Spice and Pumpkin, please fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/guinea-pig-adoption-application/ and follow up to make an appointment by contacting friendsofpetraits@gmail.com Their adoption fee of $75 for the three benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue Group. For an additional $50, you can purchase their 2 foot by 4 foot Midwest guinea pig habitat and a starter kit of all the supplies you'll need to care for them. They are being fostered in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood
