Due to overcrowding, his emotional state is declining, and it seems he has lost hope. Can you be his angel? This sweet boy will need time to decompress, but we know his forever home is out there. Legend loves to play and will need someone with time to give him the attention he deserves. Legend doesn't realize his size so we recommend a home with older children.
