Black mouth cur pup wandering neighborhood for a couple of months. Various people are feeding him. He is often seen eating out of the trash. Local kids throw rocks at him with their parents permission. No animal contro officer anymore.I am afraid he will get hurt. I have a service dog and cannot adopt another animal. Local shelters are packed. I can deliver him to a rescue group with in 150 miles.
