About Chewy, Longhaired

URGENT!!! [Case opened on 3/24/25]. BOARDMAN, OHIO (will drive up to 3 hrs to meet). 3 Y/O MALE Long Haired GSD (DOB:1/1/22) AKC but papers were never registered. His name is 'CHEWY '. Background: has been with the same Shepherd parents since weaned. UTD on shots WITH record. NOT Fixed. NOT Good with kids. NOT Good with dogs. NOT Good with cats. House trained. Crate trained, BUT DOES NOT NEED, HAS GOOD BEHAVIOR, NEVER DESTRUCTIVE. SENSITIVE STOMACH AND NEEDS HIS SPECIFIC FOOD. WILL THROW UP IF OFF HIS FOOD OR GIVEN TOO MANY TREATS. HIGH PREY DRIVE . Currently on 'Wholesome Sensitive Skin and Stomach Large Breed Salmon' food. Weighs 98 lbs. Good with car rides. Loves: Kong toys - running - chew toys - running circles around you with his toys - playing in snow - chilling on the couch - being pet - getting lovings. Personality: sweetest boy ever to his person. Playful. Chewy is a great boy and will make an amazing companion for someone with NO kids and NO pets. He has good behavior and has never been destructive. He is pretty laid back in the house. He is very intelligent and knows Basic Commands. He passed the AKC S.T.A.R. training. He is an easy, eager and quick learner. Chewy used to be good with kids and dogs until they brought their second baby home and then things started changing. Chewy started showing signs of aggression towards the kids and the other dogs and started acting out. The vet thinks it's jealousy from the baby as well as the older female dog always being in heat. The Current Shepherd Parent needs to re home Chewy because she cannot take any chances with Chewy being aggressive towards her kids. Chewy needs someone who will not crate him because he has good behavior when left alone. He needs an amazing home with NO kids, NO dogs, NO cats.
