About Bentley

Meet Bentley. He was one of several dogs we were able to save from a Code Red situation just two days before being euthanized and now this brave pup is now looking for a forever home. Bentley is full of life and has a lot of puppy energy at just 6-7 months old. He loves to play with other dogs and is great with kids! Bentley is a smart, loves treats and also balls are one of his favorite toys to play with. At night, he will sleep well in a crate, but come morning, he's ready to get out and start the day! Bentley has a curious nature, especially when it comes to cats. While he hasn't tried to hurt them, he does like to chase, so a home without cats would be best. Bentley weighs about 28 pounds.This lovable, playful pup is ready for his second chance-could it be with you? ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
