About Danica

Danica is another dog we recently rescued from an overcrowded kill shelter 2 days before she would have been put down. We could not let that happen to this sweet 5-6 month old Beagle mix who is now looking for her forever home! At 24 pounds, Danica is the perfect size for cuddles-and she absolutely loves them! She's happiest when she can snuggle up right next to you on the couch for a nap. Danica does great with other animals and has been friendly with both cats and dogs. She's also wonderful with kids, making her a fantastic family dog. She's still working on her potty training, but she's making great progress. With a little patience and consistency, she'll have it down in no time! If you're looking for a playful, affectionate pup who will be your loyal shadow and cuddle buddy, Danica might be the perfect match for you! All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
