Meet Gus, a smart and playful white pitbull terrier mix who just turned one in March! Gus is full of energy and loves to play, especially with his dog friends or his favorite Benebones, but he can be wary of new people. He's a bit mischievous at times but always listens when it counts. Gus loves curling up next to you and following you around, showing just how much he bonds with his people. He knows the basics-sit, stay, spin, and down-and is muzzle trained, which helps him feel more comfortable in certain situations. He is also kennel and potty trained! While Gus enjoys short walks and playing with his dog friends, he would do best in a home without cats. Gus is looking for an experienced, patient owner who can provide structure and care to help him thrive. With the right guidance, he'll be a loyal, loving companion.
