About Tarvin

CAN YOU BE MY VALENTINE? Tarvin was so sad after being left at the shelter. He completely shut down and didn't understand why his family had left him. Then Angel Dog Alliance stepped in! A gorgeous Dutch Shepherd, Tarvin wants nothing more than to bond with his people because, like others of his breed, they are the most important part of his world. Tarvin is a soft and gentle soul. When you stare into his eyes, you can't help but get lost there. Tarvin is affectionate and loving. He is great with people and other dogs. We definitely recommend him in a home with children over the age of five because, once he's comfortable, his playful side shines through, and he may knock over the weeble wobblers learning to walk! He takes his treats ever so gently and is the perfect gentleman on a leash! He has not interacted with cats, so they are unknown. His coat is a beautiful, soft brindle that makes you want to run your fingers through it for hours-and he would not be opposed to that either! He's up to date on all of his shots, neutered, and ready to go home! Tarvin is located in California and would be happy to travel to Naperville IL for pick up for you if you are the right family for him! So, if you are looking for a quiet and reserved companion with a playful side, he's the man for you!
